Corn & Calluses

Your body created calluses, which are essentially compressed layers of dead skin, to defend itself from repeated pressure or friction. Calluses can develop on the fingertips of musicians who play the guitar for hours on end, or on the foot of people who walk or standing a lot. These can vary in size and shape and are unpleasant.

Management of corns and callus includes following the advice of a Podiatrist, proper fitting of footwear, and proper foot hygiene and the use of emollients to keep the skin in good condition. Come in today for an evaluation and walk out with relief!
